Several times we are asked to implement a new feature in tt_ products: special prices for fe-usergroups.

In addition with feuser_register extension it should be possible to create individual prices for each fe-usergroup.

With this implementation the shop-owner can create prices for his accredited dealer and his regular customers.

The feature also allows fo create different shippping an payment methods different user groups.
